Business meetings for ANIE companies in Algiers

From 14 to 16 March 2010 ANIE Federation has organized a business mission to Algiers. The ANIE Delegation, led by Vice President Giorgio Pogliano, consisted of 23 companies. The initiative of ANIE was divided into two phases.

The institutional one, supported by the Italian Embassy in Algiers, during which the Vice President ANIE Giorgio Pogliano met the Minister of Industry and Investment Promotion Abdelhamid Temmar and the Minister of Telecommunications Hamid Bessalah. Meetings with senior officers of the Ministries of Energy, Construction and Transportation were also held.

In the second phase, more properly commercial, the delegation of ANIE companies has been committed in business meetings with about 60 Algerian undertakings for a total of 280 B2B meetings. For this phase ANIE has cooperated with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for France in Marseille.

In the days of the mission ANIE Federation has taken part in the 4th edition of Electro Automation & Energy, local trade fair of the electrotechnical and electronic industry. The stand of ANIE was located inside the pavilion Italia organized by the National Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE).
